Final Control Inspector

1.Study the company’s quality standard and customer’s quality requirements and other relevant requirements to perform the required inspection.

2.Perform pre-shipment inspection for finished goods (or 100%) before shipping the containers according to the established quality control plan, including the verification of required compliance tests.

3.Perform inspection for Samples for customer review or for 3rd party testing.

4.Prepare and submit PSI report and Sample Inspection Report to QA Supervisor for review and approval.

5.Participate in investigating root cause for quality issue and improvement action proposals.

6.Participate in reviewing, updating the quality standard

7.Participate in training the quality standard to production team.

-Vocational high school or Technical College

-Basic English

-Basic MS Office

-Good knowledge of Carcass + Finishing.

- Good color perception.

- Can read technical drawings and shipping mark documents in English

- Good communication in English is preferred

- Good reporting skill
