The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.
You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
The primary workplace is at the Ho Chi Minh City office, with regular weekly visits to the Phan Thiet plant
- Accounting Management: Ensure accurate daily accounting operations in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
- Cash Flow Management: Managing daily monetary transactions, including payables, receivables, and ensuring sufficient working capital to meet financial obligations.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with supporting analysis for management decisions.
- Costing & Analysis: Manage cost accounting for raw materials, production processes, semi-finished and finished goods; review standard vs. actual cost variances and provide recommendations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, as well as creating long-term financial forecasts and revenue projections to guide company strategy.
- Tax Compliance: Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations to minimize tax risks.
- Audit & Internal Control: Support internal control systems, coordinate with auditors, and ensure financial transparency.
- Cost & Expense Control: Monitor production costs and departmental expenses, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach the accounting team, improve professional capability and efficiency.
