 What You’ll Be Doing:

-      Accounts Receivable (AR): Invoice goods and service sales, handle AR for operations (materials, services), record payments, and follow up on collections.

-      Accounts Payable (AP): Process PO payments for goods (3-way match), services (shipping, logistics, etc.), employee reimbursements, and general expenses.

-      Ecommerce (US): Record and reconcile AR/AP from online marketplaces and sales channels.

-      Commissions: Calculate and reconcile sales commissions.

-      Closing and audits: Complete the month-end close, reconcile bank accounts, audit bank statements, and review entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

-      Reporting and analysis: Compile P&L data, monitor tiers, and prepare AR/AP/finance reports for management.

-      Process improvement: Suggest improvements, build SOPs, and support automation.

Who We’re Looking For:

-      Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

-      3+ years of accounting experience, including at least 1–2 years in US accounting (US GAAP).

-      Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets.

-      Solid understanding of AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and month-end close.

-      Good English (reading, writing, and daily communication with the US team).

-      Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and able to work independently.
