The IE Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating Industrial Engineering activities to ensure effective control of process standards, technical documentation, sample management, measurement data, and continuous improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Section Work Control: Lead and coordinate Industrial Engineering activities, deploy assignments from the IE Manager, and ensure timely execution of section objectives.
- Team Supervision and Follow-up: Supervise, support, and monitor engineers and technicians to ensure assigned tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
- Workload and Manpower Coordination: Coordinate workload and manpower allocation to support production and development needs.
- Process and Standard Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, implement, and maintain process, measurement, and work standards.
- Technical Documentation Review: Review and guide the preparation of technical documents, technical drawings, work instructions, forms, and related records.
- Technical Problem Solving: Support root cause analysis and resolution of process, product, and measurement-related issues.
- Sample, Measurement, and New Product Support: Oversee sample preparation, measurement activities, process validation, and new product introduction support.
- Improvement and Cost Control: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Training and Capability Development: Identify skill gaps, develop team competencies through coaching, training, and performance support.
- Reporting and Target Follow-up: Monitor section performance, track KPI achievement, report progress and improvement results, and follow up on action plans to ensure objectives are met
