Industrial Engineer (WCM - Process Engineer)

1. Lean / Process Improvement

• Conduct process observations and Gemba analysis to identify waste, bottlenecks, and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Perform time studies, motion studies, process mapping, and basic capacity analysis.
• Support / lead assigned improvement projects using Lean tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, VSM, Standard Work, Line Balancing, Visual Management, Poka-Yoke, SMED, etc.
• Develop improvement proposals based on data.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and related departments.
• Track improvement results.
• Standardize successful improvements through SOPs, WIs, and visual standards.
• Verify sustainability after implementation.

2. Kaizen Management

• Administer and facilitate the Kaizen suggestion program, including idea screening, evaluation coordination, implementation tracking, and benefit verification.
• Conduct Kaizen awareness training and One-Point Lessons for employees.
• Monitor Kaizen implementation status and periodically report progress, barriers, and results.
• Support departments in evaluating Kaizen ideas based on feasibility and their impact on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity.
• Verify Kaizen benefits.

3. 6S / Workplace Organization

• Establish and maintain 6S standards and audit criteria.
• Conduct periodic 6S audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide 6S training and coaching to employees.
• Develop visual management standards.
• Support departments in improving workplace organization and sustaining 6S results.

4. Company Communication / Support

• Prepare for customer visits and management team visits.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean related majors
• Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools
• Years of Work Experience: 3 years
• Technical Skills: Systematic timeline management mindset
• Languages: Vietnamese – English, Chinese is an advantage
• Public speaking and MC skills. Proven ability to connect with and persuade diverse audiences.
