Industrial Engineering Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Time study and standadized work
- Conduct Time Study, Motion Study and maintain standard times
- Develop and maintain standard work and operational standards.
Production monitoring and analysis
- Monitor and analyze productivity, labor efficiency, OEE and manufacturing performance.
- Support line balancing, manpower planning and capacity analysis.
Production improvement
- Identify operational losses and drive improvement actions.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and implement productivity improvement projects.
Factory visibility
- Develop and maintain factory performance dashboards and visual management systems.
In-house logistics
- Support factory layout optimization, material flow improvement, and space utilization projects.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and Planning teams to improve factory performance.
Other duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial and system engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Language: English communication is preferred.
- Knowledge:
- Time Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management.
- Lean Manufacturing, TPS (Toyota Production System), TPM, 5S.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and factory layout design is preferred.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
