      Mô tả Công việc

      • Support the delivery of the Global Internal Audit function's mission and contribute to building a trusted and valued partnership with the business.
      • Assist in the development of the annual audit plan that strikes a balance assurance over routine business activities and emerging emerging areas of concern to the Company and the Group, in consultation with first and second line functions.
      • Independently plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with Internal Audit methodology to achieve key objectives and provide valuable insights to management and the Board.
      • Coordinate and collaborate with first and second line functions, including Compliance and Risk, in planning and executing audit assignments.
      • Ensure efficient execution and completion of audit deliverables to meet the department’s key performance indicators.
      • Proactively assess audit issues and identify mitigating factors across the company in the assessment of implications and exposures when proposing audit ratings.
      • Draft audit reports to demonstrate knowledge of the audit subject matter, issues, and risks clearly and concisely.
      • Respond to and address queries arising from the quality control protocols on audit reports.
      • Monitor the effective remediation of audit issues and timely escalate any exceptions to reporting manager.
      • Participate in global thematic audits, ad-hoc projects or data analysis-related initiatives to support continuous and data-driven audits.
      • Participate in management committee meetings, assist with the assessment of risk and recommend pragmatic solutions.

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance.
      • Insurance certificate is required if degree does not have insurance related subject
      • Relevant professional membership/certification – CIA, CPA, ACCA, AMII/CII preferred
      • CISA and/or other information technology/security qualifications is a plus.
      • Minimum 10 years of internal audit, or a combination of internal audit, risk and compliance experience within the insurance industry inclusive of minimum 3 years of manager position.
      • Sound knowledge of general insurance and reinsurance accounting, underwriting and claims processes, Vietnam insurance regulatory bodies and regulations, general insurance products and distribution channels.
      • Strong written and oral communication skills.
      • Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficient user in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point. 
      • Awareness and sufficient knowledge in emerging technology, e.g., Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, Continuous Auditing, etc.
