L&D Specialist (1-year contract)

I. Main Responsibilities:

   1. Programs Monitoring, Production & Communication

• Design engaging and interactive learning materials & learning communication, including newsletter, e-learning modules, etc. with Canva, Storyline, Articulate/Rise, SharePoint etc., in collaboration with internal experts.
• Facilitate logistics for learning events and knowledge-sharing sessions. Coordinate learning activities as planned.

   2. Programs Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Develop reports of L&D programs. Propose & execute improvements based on evaluation results, feedback, and emerging needs.
• Stay updated on learning technologies and trends to propose innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.

   3. Vendor Collaboration & Learning Platform Admin

• Research, propose Learning Vendors & prepare working process with them.
• Administer learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning) & LMS.

  1. Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in an L&D or similar role.
• Proven track record in designing and developing e-learning content and interactive learning activities.

   2. Technical Skills & Tools

        - Instructional Design & Content Creation:

• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Canva) and modern AI tools.
• Hands-on video editing skills for multimedia learning resources.

        - Execution & Analytics:

• Ability to manage and deliver multiple learning projects/materials simultaneously.
• Skilled in data collection and analysis to evaluate and improve learning programs.

        - Language Proficiency: Good English proficiency (reading and writing).
