Lab Manager

- Conduct physical test and chemical analysis test for incoming raw material, semi product and finished shoe (Adut and Kid)

- Making and sending tested report.

- Send needed worker request for HR team and testing method training

- Manage and evaluate employee performance.

- Yearly lab accreditation by SGS 3rd Lab(Lab equiment, Lab environment; Specimen preparation, personnel and technician skill, test method & specs; Data storage, reporting)

- Yearly working performance evaluation in order to upgrade testing skill and ability

- Lab test equipment, machine management

- Purchase Lab consumable testing material

- Handling complaints and questions about test results

- Destroy overdue/old tested specimens periodically every 2 months

‐ Bachelor’s Degree in one of: Chemical Engineer, shoe manufactory, technology

‐ 05 years in Lab fields

‐ 03 years in equivalent positions

‐ Experienced in Lab testing & shoe manufacturing industries

‐ Deep knowledge in 08 LAB core functions

‐ Deep knowledge in International test method & Lab software

‐ English: high proficiency

‐ Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

‐ Ability to effectively coordinate work.

‐ Leadership, inspiration and team management skills.

‐ Excellent MS Office skills
