Legal Supervisor (IP & Regulatory)

Job Summary
The Legal Supervisor – IP & Regulatory Affairs provides legal advice and compliance support on intellectual property and regulatory matters to protect the Company's brands, products, and business interests while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on intellectual property, product registration, food safety, labeling, and other regulatory matters to support business operations.
• Manage legal risks relating to IP and regulatory compliance, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess business impacts, and communicate legal updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support product launches, regulatory submissions, inspections, audits, and crisis management when required.
• Drive continuous improvement of legal compliance processes and internal controls.
• Perform other legal assignments as delegated by the Line Manager.
