Loan Processor

Working hours: Night shift, 21:00–06:00, Monday–Friday, supporting US business hours.

We are looking for a Loan Processor to review loan applications, verify documents, and prepare complete files for approval.

Responsibilities:

• Review applicants’ financial information and credit history.

• Verify employment, income, and supporting documents.

• Check loan terms and ensure files meet legal and regulatory requirements.

• Contact applicants and lenders for missing information.

• Track loan approvals, disbursements, and payments.

• Assist with data entry, scheduling, and customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Basic knowledge of finance and credit analysis.

• Strong computer skills and ability to use loan processing software.

• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• No experience required. Recent graduates and students awaiting graduation are welcome.

• At least 1 year of finance or banking experience is a plus.

• Available for night shifts: 21:00–06:00, Monday–Friday, supporting US business hours.

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in English, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Banking.

• Good English across all four skills, equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ overall and 7.0+ in speaking.

• Able to use Excel and Word.

• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

• 12 days of paid annual leave.
