Maintenance Staff (Open for Fresher)

We are looking for a Maintenance Staff to support laboratory operations by ensuring testing equipment is reliable, well-maintained, and compliant with quality and accreditation requirements. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, calibration management, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and troubleshooting of laboratory testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and equipment uptime.
• Manage calibration schedules, coordinate calibration activities, and maintain compliance with quality and accreditation requirements.
• Liaise with equipment suppliers and service providers for repairs, maintenance support, spare parts, and new equipment procurement.
• Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and support audit and compliance activities.
• Provide technical support to laboratory operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• College degree or above in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, or technical support is preferred.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
