A. Outbound Calling & Lead Management
- Perform a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day using the provided database/lead list or leads assigned via the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs, key decision-makers (pharmacy owners, head pharmacists), and evaluate potential opportunities for each account.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with pharmacy clients over the phone and via digital channels (Zalo, SMS).
B. Consultation & App Order Conversion
- Introduce the app, highlighting key value propositions: competitive prices, guaranteed original sourcing, fast delivery, and attractive loyalty rewards/discounts.
- Provide remote onboarding guidance: downloading the app, activating accounts, navigating product catalogs, and completing their first online order.
- Persuade pharmacy owners to transition from traditional ordering channels (sales reps/phone calls) to self-ordering directly on the mobile application.
- Promote ongoing campaign promotions, special bundle deals, and flash sales on the platform to maximize average order value (AOV).
C. Account Care & Re-order Retention
- Conduct periodic follow-up calls with registered pharmacies to remind them of restock schedules and facilitate repeat orders.
- Receive and handle customer feedback regarding orders, pricing, or basic app troubleshooting; coordinate with Customer Support and Technical teams for prompt resolution.
- Track active pharmacy rates (Active Rate) within assigned lists to maintain stable, recurring order volumes.
D. Reporting & CRM Logging
- Accurately log call details, engagement statuses, customer demands, and rejection reasons in the Report immediately after each call.
- Monitor personal daily KPIs (call count, talk time, new account activations, generated Marketplace orders, and total GMV).
- Submit periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to direct supervisors and propose actionable ideas to optimize call scripts and conversion rates.
