1. Educational Background 
 Bachelor’s degree 
2. Experience & Skills: 
 Have experience in planning, project management, or production control. 
 Proficient in English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening). 
 Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. 
 Strong planning and implementation skills; experience in project management is a plus. 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
 Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of collaboration, teamwork, proactivity, 
and service orientation. 
 Demonstrates high standards of personal and professional ethics.
