JOB REQUIREMENT FOR THE STORE PERSON SHALL:
Location: Long Thanh International Airport
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Store Person is responsible to the Line Maintenance Controller for the management of the store.
2. The store person is responsible for communicating to the LMC, TL or DE parts and tooling issues which may impact maintenance operations.
3. The store person shall cooperate with the customer’s supply department for parts movements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, identify, tag, store, and issue aircraft parts, materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with customer requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory, issuance/return, quarantine, shelf-life, calibration, and environmental condition records.
Monitor condition, availability, and shelf life of parts, materials, tools, and equipment; quarantine expired, missing, or damaged items as required.
Ensure Arrival/Departure Kits are inspected upon issue and return; report missing or damaged tools immediately.
Coordinate repair, return, shipment, and calibration of serviceable/repairable components, tools, and equipment through approved agencies.
Perform receiving/incoming inspections and tagging of aircraft components, materials, tools, and equipment, when authorized.
Register component and material data in customer-provided systems and control their storage and release for aircraft maintenance.
Maintain the quarantine locker and restrict access to authorized personnel.
Ensure hazardous-material Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) are available.
Monitor office materials and equipment and report items removed from service to the OM, LMC, or TL.
Perform other duties assigned by the Deputy Operations Manager or Quality Department.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Knowledge & Qualifications
College or Bachelor’s degree; technical background preferred.
Aviation parts/materials and storekeeping knowledge preferred.
Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in aviation parts/materials, including at least 1 year assisting with incoming inspections.
Trained and proficient in incoming inspection procedures and parts/material management systems.
Trained in Dangerous Goods, Suspected Unapproved Components (SUC), Human Factors, and applicable CAAV regulations.
Minimum age: 21 years.
Skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Cooperative and achievement-oriented.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or equivalent position.
