NPI Engineer

1. 1. At least 03 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in injection molding, cable harness, or mechanical manufacturing.

2. Hands-on experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., DoE, SPC).

3. Proficient in CAD/3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks).

4. Basic knowledge of electrical, cable, and analog wiring design, both theoretical and practical.

5. Skilled in creating management and statistical forms.

6. Strong planning, organizing, and work control skills.
