Key Responsibilities:

• Use multiple computer skill software (Solidwork Manage, SolidworkCad, Solidwork Composer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Miro, SmartSheet, Process workflow skill) to make video, instruction sheet for Casegood/RTA;
• Deeply knowledgeable by the AIP (Assembly Instruction Process), especially Casegood/RTA;
• Make decision skill process assembly and make Video, Instruction sheet;
• Coordinating and Communicating with the Product Engineer/Manager, Graphic Designer, and Video Reviewer, and relating people to start and complete the AIP Process and Instruction sheet;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with US teams to execute AIP processes and develop consumer assembly instruction documentation for Casegood and RTA products;
• Design and develop new frame concepts, create detailed technical drawings for hardware and hardwood components, and maintain comprehensive design documentation systems (if needed);
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by the Department Manager.

1.    Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering majors, or a related field.
• From 1 year of engineering experience in relevant role in large labor-intensive manufacturing companies (open to freshers also).

2.    Technical Knowledge:

• Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis, especially in graphic design;
• Strong in MS Office, Statistical software, AutoCAD 2D-3D, SolidWorks software;

3.    Skills & Competencies:

• Requires multiple computer skill software (Solidwork Manage, SolidworkCad, Solidwork Composer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Miro, SmartSheet, Process workflow skill);
• Interpersonal, communication with the US team; strongly English by speaking/writing;
• Technical or related; Assembly knowledge and Making Video & Instruction assembly for furniture;
• Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems;
• Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, perform under pressure;
• Work well in a team-based environment.
