JOB DESCRIPTION

• Product Development and Management:
  - Define the vision, strategy, and development goals of the product based on market demands and the Company's business direction.
  - Plan and build the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user experience.
  - Drive innovation and ensure the product remains competitive in the financial market.
• Working with the Development Team:
  - Collaborate closely with the development team (Dev, QC, Designer, etc.) to ensure requirements are properly understood and effectively implemented.
  - Develop detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to guide the development team.
  - Ensure the product is scalable, secure, and optimized for user performance.
• User Research and Analysis:
  - Gather and analyze feedback from customers and relevant departments to continuously improve the product.
  - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new customer behaviors in the financial sector.
  - Analyze data, evaluate product performance, and propose improvements.
• Progress and Risk Management:
  - Monitor the development process, review results, and ensure the product meets the Company’s business, legal, and security standards.
  - Identify and address risks that may arise during development.
  - Ensure product launches on schedule without compromising quality.
• Collaboration with Departments:
  - Work closely with business, marketing, and operations teams to achieve desired product outcomes.
  - Coordinate with Legal - Compliance and Information Security teams to ensure the application complies with legal regulations and company policies.
  - Act as a bridge between customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
  - Collaborate with relevant departments to promptly resolve issues or product defects during user usage.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Experience:
  - At least 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in related roles (Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager) in the finance, banking, or fintech sector.
  - Experience managing financial applications on mobile platforms is a significant advantage.
• Skills:
  - Deep understanding of financial products (consumer loans, mortgages, insurance, credit cards, installment purchases, etc.).
  - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  - Experience working in a Scrum/Hybrid environment.
  - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  - Ability to analyze data, proficient in SQL, Google Analytics, or similar analytical tools.
  - Knowledge of API integrations, third-party services, and modern app technologies.
  - Proactive working attitude.
• Additional Knowledge:
  - Understanding of UX/UI is a plus.
  - Proficient in English for communication and reading technical documents
