PRODUCTION PLANNER | NHÂN VIÊN KẾ HOẠCH SẢN XUẤT (Có xe đưa đón ở TP.HCM)

− Create production schedules and ensure goods are delivered to the warehouse on time 
according to the plan. 
− Adjust production plans when issues arise with the original plan. 
− Confirm and follow up on delivery plans, and update delivery schedules in the system. 
− Prepare daily reports based on actual production data collected from the shop floor and 
maintain the data in the ERP system. 
− Report material shortages and production capacity issues to the supervisor in a timely 
manner. 
− Follow up on the monthly production plan and actual production results. 
− Other related jobs assigned by the manager 

− Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain 
Management, or a related field. 
− Good command of English or Chinese. 
− At least 2 years of experience as a Production Planner; experience in the electronics 
manufacturing industry is preferred. 
− Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. 
− Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems. 
− Proven experience in production planning or a similar role. 
− Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders 
at all levels. 
− Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced 
working environment. 
− Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
