R&D SOLAR TECHNICIAN – CHINESE SPEAKING

1. Solar System Testing & Operation

• Install, test and troubleshoot solar power systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of solar systems, inverters and energy storage systems (ESS).
• Support commissioning and technical troubleshooting when required.

2. R&D & Technical Improvement

• Analyze technical data and identify solutions to optimize system design and operation.
• Research and propose technical improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Recommend solutions to optimize material and operating costs.

3. Technical Documentation

• Prepare technical test reports and related documentation.
• Maintain and organize technical records, test results and system information.
• Coordinate with Chinese-speaking management and technical teams on technical matters.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Power, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in solar power, renewable energy or a related technical field
• Practical experience with solar power systems is preferred
•  Good understanding of On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid Solar Systems.
• Knowledge of inverters and energy storage systems (ESS).
• Ability to read and understand electrical/technical drawings.
•  Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or PVsyst is an advantage.
• Chinese communication skills are required for daily communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking management and technical teams
• Ability to communicate technical matters in Chinese.
