[Remote] Sales Representative (B2B)

We are seeking a motivated and autonomous Sales Representative (working remotely in Vietnam) to drive business development and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory. The role focuses on prospecting, closing sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibility

• Develop and expand the customer base across the assigned territory
• Conduct regular client visits and build long-term relationships
• Organize and deliver product demonstrations (machines and consumables)
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and commercial events
• Install equipment and provide customer training
• Perform basic after-sales service support
• Prepare commercial offers and quotations
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Collect and report market and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate visit reports and activity tracking
• Keep schedules and CRM system up to date
• Travel internationally (Europe and Asia) for training and business meetings

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (ideally in Materials Science, Electronics, or Sales and Business)
• Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Fluent spoken and written English skill, basic knowledge of Chinese will be plus

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in field sales of technical products, ideally in a B2B environment
