B2B Market Development & Expansion: Proactively identify, approach, and develop business partnerships within industrial zones, focusing on key sectors such as Steel, Fertilizer, Chemicals, Cement, Thermal Power, Shipbuilding, Electronics Components, Paper & Packaging, etc.
Technical Solution Consulting: Conduct on-site surveys at customer factories to assess current operating conditions and understand customer requirements. Provide technical consultation on industrial pumps, mechanical seals, and fluid handling solutions.
End-to-End Sales Management: Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, preparing technical and commercial quotations, contract negotiation, order follow-up, and payment collection.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager and Technical Team to prepare technical proposals. Coordinate with international suppliers (USA, Japan, Taiwan, etc.) regarding technical specifications and product-related matters.
Performance & Data Management: Regularly update sales progress, maintain customer information, and monitor sales KPIs through the company's CRM/ERP system.
Business Travel: Conduct regular day trips to customer factories (approximately three days per week). The company provides transportation and covers all business travel expenses.
