Sales Executive (B2B – Property Management Services)

• Develop and execute sales activities for Property Management, Facility Management and Building Operation Services.
• Identify and develop new B2B clients, business opportunities and potential markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, partners and brokers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in line with the Company’s business strategy.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with Care Solutions’ member companies to cross-sell and introduce relevant services to clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in B2B Sales/Business Development, preferably in Property Management, Facility Management, Real Estate or related service industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented and able to develop new business opportunities.
• Good command of MS Office.
