Sales Executive

1. 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄

Sunstream is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Hunter to expand our industrial equipment business. Your main focus will be developing new customers, creating market opportunities and driving sales of Lantech Stretch Wrapping Machines and Ergopack Strapping Machines. This is a hands-on B2B sales role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, meeting customers and turning opportunities into actual revenue. 

2. 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐎
- Hunt for new customers: Identify, approach and develop potential customers, particularly manufacturing and industrial companies.
- Drive sales: Promote Lantech and Ergopack machines, develop sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Present solutions: Understand customer needs, introduce suitable equipment and conduct product demonstrations or trials.
- Build relationships: Maintain customer relationships, follow up on quotations and opportunities, and drive deals toward closing.
- Own your results: Manage your sales pipeline, monitor performance and provide regular sales reports.

3. 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄'𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, industrial sales or business development.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop customers and achieve sales results.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good command of English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent and target-driven.
- Willing to visit customers, conduct product demonstrations and travel for business.
- Experience in industrial machinery, packaging equipment or manufacturing solutions is a strong advantage.
4. 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐑
- Gross salary up to USD 1,000/month + individual commission, typically around 1–2% of the gross profit generated from each successful sales order, subject to the Company's commission policy.
- 13th-month salary and annual salary review depending on the company's business situation.
- SHUI based on 100% of basic salary.
- Company laptop, working tools and business travel reimbursement.
- Product training and opportunities to attend exhibitions, visit customers and participate in overseas business activities.
