- Implement asset management activities for company assets, including asset registration, coding, tracking, documentation control, and lifecycle management in accordance with the Company’s asset management procedures.
- Maintain and update the Company’s asset master list, asset codes, and asset database.
- Record and update asset information, including acquisition, allocation, transfer, and disposal of assets.
- Maintain records of asset allocation and handover to departments, projects, and individual users.
- Monitor asset utilization status and efficiency to ensure assets are used for their intended purposes.
- Maintain and control asset documentation, including handover records, inspection reports, warranty documents, and related files.
- Coordinate and implement asset allocation, transfer, and recovery across departments and projects.
- Participate in periodic asset inventories in accordance with Company regulations.
- Assist in asset verification and provide supporting documents for internal and external audits.
- Update asset data and ensure the accuracy of information in the asset management system.
- Prepare periodic reports on asset status, inventory balances, asset movements, and asset utilization.

* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering or other related technical fields.
* Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, equipment management, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to manage the asset and equipment lifecycle, from procurement and warehousing to utilization, maintenance, transfer, and disposal, with effective inventory control.
- Sound technical understanding of machinery and equipment operation, including maintenance and repair requirements relevant to asset management.
- Experience in leading maintenance and repair planning, coordinating resources, monitoring execution, and controlling schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Experience using ERP/SAP systems or asset management software for data management, asset status tracking, and reporting is preferred.
* Language: Ability to read and understand technical documents and communicate in English at working level.
* Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and asset/warehouse management software.
