You will be responsible for driving business growth for Academy services by developing market strategies, expanding key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customer-focused learning solutions. The role combines strategic business development, consultative sales, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities for Academy training services to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting key industries and decision-makers (L&D, HR, Operations, C-suite).
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations and learning solutions that address clients' business needs and demonstrate ROI.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities while consistently expanding existing accounts.
Market Strategy & Portfolio Development
- Define and execute market strategies for Academy services based on market trends, customer insights and competitive analysis.
- Identify new markets, industries and business opportunities to expand Academy offerings.
- Lead the development of new training programs, certification pathways and customized learning solutions aligned with market demand.
- Act as an internal advisor by providing market intelligence and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
Key Account & Partnership Management
- Act as the account owner for strategic clients and develop long-term engagement and account growth plans.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Represent the Academy at industry events, conferences and networking activities to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Drive revenue strategy and improve pipeline quality to maximize business performance.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Certification teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns, customer solutions and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with TÜV SÜD values, Code of Ethics, applicable regulations, and Health, Safety & Well-being policies.
