Senior CNC Operator/ Nhân Viên Vận Hành Máy CNC (Làm việc tại Vũng Tàu)

Senior CNC Operator: 

• Equipment Control & Programming: Directly set up, program, and operate specialized CNC machining systems (including Lathe, Drill, and Heat treatment units) to manufacture high-precision bearing components strictly adhering to engineering blueprints.
• Process Verification & Dimensional Control: Oversee the continuous machinery runtime, execute routine dimensional inspections, and ensure all output criteria align with technical specifications.
• Anomalies & Incident Management: Proactively identify, address, and report equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or technical issues to management in a timely manner.
• Equipment Care: Execute routine maintenance and standardized cleaning protocols for assigned CNC machinery, tooling, and precision testing instruments.
• Production Documentation: Maintain precise records and log all relevant manufacturing metrics into daily shift reports and production tracking databases.

Nhân Viên Vận Hành Máy CNC (Open cho SV mới ra trường):

• Vận hành các loại máy CNC như máy tiện, máy khoan, máy tôi… để gia công các chi tiết vòng bi theo chương trình đã được thiết lập.
• Theo dõi và giám sát quá trình vận hành máy; kiểm tra, đo lường và kiểm soát kích thước sản phẩm theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
• Kịp thời phát hiện và báo cáo các lỗi kỹ thuật, sai lệch hoặc bất thường phát sinh trong quá trình vận hành máy và gia công sản phẩm.
• Thực hiện vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng cơ bản thiết bị và dụng cụ theo định kỳ.
• Ghi chép và cập nhật đầy đủ, chính xác các thông tin liên quan đến sản xuất và tình trạng vận hành máy.

Senior CNC Operator: 

• Male. Age: 25-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Having 03 years of experience in a similar position within a relevant mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
• Proficiency in English communication and written English for work purposes.

Nhân Viên Vận Hành Máy CNC (Open cho SV mới ra trường):

• Nam. Dưới 40 tuổi
• Tốt nghiệp từ trung cấp trở lên, chuyên ngành cơ khí, chế tạo máy, tự động hóa hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
• Ưu tiên có từ 01 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương trong các nhà máy sản xuất cơ khí
• Open cho ứng viên mới ra trường
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp vận hành máy CNC
• Không yêu cầu ngoại ngữ
