Senior Finance & Accounting Executive

40% accounting support + 20% process/data redesign/improvement + 40% reporting & analysis                                                           

1. Support Accounting (assist Chief Accountant)

• Support routine accounting operation as assigned by Chief Accountant
• Coordinate with other departments                                                                     

2. Organize or create data to enable further analysis for decision making

3. Support Finance (assist CFO)

• Providing analysis report (both initiative and as assigned)
• Monitor actual vs budget
• Fact finding from data and provide recommendation   

- Graduated from University in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting

- Strong accounting foundation, understand overall accounting processes and operations

- Acquired analysis work experience

- Strong critical thinking skill, eager to learn and develop

- Achievement & success mindset (winning mindset & result oriented)

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility

- Ability to work hard under pressure

- Able to communicate in English fluently, plus Chinese is referred              

- Experience in foreign-invested companies (FDI) are preferred

- Experience in FMCG, trading, or manufacturing industries is preferred

Software skills

- MS Excel Power Query; Power BI

- SQL/Tableau/Python skills is a plus
