Senior Mechanical Operation Engineer

-        Lead and supervise the daily operations of the CNC Programming team to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.

-        Develop, verify, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software in accordance with engineering drawings and technical specifications.

-        Improve machining processes, tooling, and production methods to enhance efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve product quality.

-        Analyze machining and production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

-        Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including part lists, production drawings, CNC programs, and engineering change (ECN) recommendations.

-        Design jigs and fixtures to support production and improve manufacturing efficiency.

-        Monitor CNC programming and machining performance, analyze process data, and recommend optimization opportunities.

-        Coach, train, and provide technical guidance to team members while supporting their competency development.

-        Responsible for production operation management, output, productivity, quality, and delivery performance.

-        In charge of workshop coordination, HC planning, and machine capacity management.

-        Responsible for driving quality improvement and working closely with QC/IPQC/QA and Quality teams.

-        To work for continuous improvement and manufacturing capability development responsibilities.

-        Other tasks related to work requirements assigned by direct supervisor

-        Bachelor's Degree and above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mold Design, or a related field.

-        Min. 5 years in precision machining/ tooling manufacturing and 3 years of team leadership or production management experience.

-        Hands-on experience in CNC, Grinding, EDM, Wire-cut, and Toolmaking environments.

-        Proficient in AutoCAD or BricsCAD.

-        Basic knowledge of Creo 3D software.

-        Understanding of engineering materials, CNC machining processes, and machine tools.

-        Familiar with CAM programming concepts.

-        Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.

-        Good command of English (written and spoken)
