Service engineer (Kỹ sư kỹ thuật)

1. Plan and conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs, maintain relationships, and ensure continuous customer support.
2. Provide comprehensive after-sales service, including equipment installation, customer training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and on-site technical support.
3. Prepare service and spare parts quotations based on customer requirements.
4. Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing activities, including customer demonstrations and technical consultations when required.
5. Prepare service reports, maintain accurate service records, and develop service forecast plans.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Metrology, or a related technical field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Previous knowledge or experience in a technical service, engineering, maintenance, or field service environment is an advantage.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
5. Basic English communication skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office applications.
7. Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
8. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
9. Willingness and availability to travel for business trips and customer visits as required
