SUPPLY PLANNING TEAM LEADER

1. Supply Chain Planning & Strategy Development

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term supply chain plans aligned with the Commercial Division’s business strategy.
• Lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to review sales performance, forecast demand, improve forecast accuracy, and manage inventory levels.

2. Supply Planning Operations & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Lead the Supply Planning team and collaborate closely with relevant departments to achieve supply chain KPIs.
• Manage demand planning, material planning, and supply planning to ensure efficient material flow, optimal inventory levels, and cost effectiveness.
• Develop planning tools and methodologies to improve resource utilization, operational efficiency, and product quality.
• Optimize warehouse capacity and inventory allocation through effective supply-demand planning and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
• Ensure the monthly S&OP process is executed effectively, including Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, and S&OP meetings, with continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and develop solutions to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve operational productivity.
• Plan resources and continuously improve processes to ensure supply chain consistency and responsiveness to market changes.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and monitor team performance to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work requirements.
• Provide training and coaching to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
• Develop talent and prepare successors to support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

5. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Planning Manager or Head of Supply Chain Management to ensure effective operations and continuous supply chain development.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in logistics management, supply planning, or business planning.
• Experience in the interior decoration or building materials industries is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a small team of 2–3 members.
• Proven experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), business and operational planning, scenario modeling, and working with large datasets.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong time management and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
• Advanced user of Microsoft 365, SAP, and Power BI.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
