Job Summary

The Technical Sales Coordinator – Export is the main point of contact between our international Hunter Douglas units and internal departments (production, technical and logistics), supporting the quotation process, order handling and day-to-day communication for export sales. This role suits someone with a technical or international business background who enjoys customer contact, problem-solving and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•      Support the costing and quotation process for export orders and overseas customers, working with production and technical teams to ensure accurate, competitive pricing.

•      Provide customers with product specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other information related to export shipments.

•      Receive and process customer inquiries, and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely, accurate responses.

•      Support international customers' requests such as product samples, catalogues and technical documentation.

•      Assist in preparing export documentation and coordinating with logistics/freight forwarders.

•      Perform other tasks assigned by the department Manager.

•      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, or a related field.

•      Experience in export sales, sales coordination or customer service is an advantage; strong fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

•      Good command of English, both spoken and written (business level).

•      Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with technical software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.

•      Hardworking, proactive and outgoing, with a strong customer-service mindset, and good planning, time management and negotiation skills.

•      Preference given to candidates who live near Song Than 3 Industrial Park or in the Binh Duong / Bien Hoa area.
