Water Infrastructure Engineer (Working in Hai Phong)

1. Operations & Engineering Management:

• Direct and coordinate the daily operation of both the clean water treatment plant (WTP) and the wastewater treatment facility (STP) to ensure effluent parameters consistently satisfy regulatory standards.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and network assets across WTP and STP facilities to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Assign daily operational tasks and provide direct oversight for the team of Senior Technicians and Technicians.

2. Project Execution & On-Site Supervision:

• Spearhead environment, water supply, and drainage initiatives during new group development projects.
• Monitor construction activities for infrastructure packages (booster pump stations, drainage pipelines, water supply lines); identify technical discrepancies, formulate corrective measures, and maintain daily construction logs.
• Lead technical inspections, trial operations, and commissioning procedures prior to final handover of water infrastructure projects.

3. Tender Procedures & Contractor Management:

• Prepare invitation-to-tender documentation, construct procurement plans, and perform capability evaluations of candidate contractors and suppliers.
• Audit contractor qualifications, review construction drawings, and grant work permits on site.
• Draft contracts, generate Purchase Orders (PO), track payment milestones, and address contract execution issues strictly following corporate purchasing and financial guidelines.

4. EHS, Quality Standards & Financial Oversight:

• Supervise and enforce 5S and HSE compliance across both plant facilities (STP/WTP) and departmental administrative offices.
• Maintain ISO certification systems by establishing quality/environmental targets, maintaining documentation, and facilitating internal/external audit processes.
• Structure and track long-term principle contracts (power, raw water, chemicals, fuel, resource taxes) to sustain plant operations.
• Evaluate monthly production costs, revenues, and profit margins for water facilities; identify efficiency improvements to reduce chemical and resource consumption.

• Male. Under 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Water Supply & Drainage, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field. 
• Having 3-5 years of relevant experience in water supply, wastewater treatment, water infrastructure or network management.
• Experience in managing and operating water supply and wastewater treatment systems, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects such as industrial parks.
• Strong knowledge of water supply and drainage systems, wastewater treatment, water infrastructure and related technical standards.
• Good understanding of chemical safety, occupational safety, environmental regulations and water resource legislation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, engineering design software and MS Office.
• Good at English

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: VND 25–30 million/month
• Bonus: Year-end bonus equivalent to approximately 4 months’ salary
