Job Description

- Work Location: Tan Binh Dist., HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Legal Affairs
- Contract review, advice, and negotiation with related parties.
- Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.
- Work with Govt authorities for company procedures & compliance with laws
- Review the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.
- Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.
- Implement activities for promoting compliance culture.
2. Corporate Governance & Risk Management
- Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place
- Assess Compliance & operational risks for countermeasures
3. Other supporting tasks relating to Legal and compliance as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
• Educational Background: BA Degree in Law
• Language skills: English - Business Level 
• Experience: 
- Having at least 5 years of experience in doing Legal affairs in manufacturing companies.
- Working experience in sales, manufacturing environment, and business activities like marketing, customs, supply chains, etc. will be preferred.
• Communication, and planning skills.
• Good computer skills especially Powerpoint.
