Administrative Tasks:
Organize documents, files, and manage office paperwork.
Manage and coordinate with suppliers for purchasing office supplies and equipment.
Prepare necessary documents and forms for employees.
Arrange and track employee leave schedules.
Ensure the office is always tidy, clean, and office equipment is functioning well.
Other related tasks
Management Support:
Interpret (English/Vietnamese) in meetings.
Translate documents, emails, and correspondence (English/Vietnamese).
Assist senior management with daily tasks and as needed.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations if need
Financial Support:
Coordinate with accountants to record and monitor cash flow in/out of the company.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Coordinate with accountants to prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Fluency in English in all 4 skills
Experience in office management or administrative roles
Good written and verbal communications skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in office softwares (E.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and others…)
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work with minimal supervision
High attention to detail
Personality and attitudes:
Honest, responsible, careful and diligent
Proactive, enthusiastic, eager to learn and able to show initiatives
Flexible and be able to work under pressure.
PREFERENCES
Experience in working at foreign entities (European, Japanese and Korean companies)
Experience in marketing, sales or related work
