Assistant to BOD (Secretary)

Job Description

1. Being an assistant to BOD, managing BOD’s schedule and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
2. Assisting BOD in administrative tasks, writing memos, letters, any other correspondence and reports, creating and editing documents to make sure they are in a professional format, translating documents, as BOD requires. Preparing documents and procedures for internal/external meetings.
3. Following up, managing the project progress and pushing up BOD tasks.
4. Coordinating with internal departments and external parties for work assignments.
5. Completing projects and special assignments by determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress,...
6. Preparing and summarizing information as assigned to support BOD planning for the future.
7. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
8. Organizing, tracking and maintaining documents in both physical and digital records, ensuring all documents are updated and always available to use.
9. Perform general administrative and HR tasks (if needed).
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Job Requirement

1.      Freshers are welcome. English Linguistics and Literature degree is preferred.

2.      Great English communication skills.

3.      Great personality with strong energy.

4.      Good organization, planning and multi-tasking skills.

5.      Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

6.      Able to work under pressure, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.

7.      Willing to work overtime.
