Job Description

Strategise and execute market penetration plans into each district and neighbourhood.
Research market trends, identify partners, and provide valuable insights for refining strategies.
Analyze property potential, assessing profitability to guide strategic decisions.
Connect with property owners, keep relationships, and negotiate win-win deals.
Skillfully navigate negotiations, presenting compelling reasons for collaboration and sealing agreements.

Job Requirement

Property background / has experience in profit sharing commercial & infra deals.
Strong understanding of real estate trends and investment principles.
Effective Communicator - excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Track record of negotiating and closing complex B2B deals.
Doesn’t mind traveling across HCMC (travel expenses claimable).
