Job Description

1. Data Management

  • Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources, customer surveys, transaction records, and online analytics tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation.

2. Data Analysis

  • Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop segmentation models to understand different customer groups and their preferences.
  • Perform deep dives into customer data to uncover insights on customer lifetime value, churn, and acquisition patterns.

3. Reporting & Visualization

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Present findings to cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to inform strategic decisions.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Analyze customer feedback and survey data to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and recommend actions based on trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to develop and refine customer personas.

5. Predictive Analytics

  • Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast customer behavior, including churn probability and potential lifetime value.
  • Develop and implement models to predict the success of customer retention strategies and campaigns.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on customer data. Experience working in retail and e-commerce is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiencies:

o  Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI, or similar.

o  Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and machine learning is a plus.

o  Knowledge of CRM systems and customer analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce)

  • Skills:

o   Knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
