E-commerce Documentation CS/OPS Specialist (Chinese)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Update customer records.
• Handle all sea/air import and export cargo according to operational procedures.
• Arrange bookings, prepare bills of lading and related documents, input data into the system, and prepare invoices, cost reports, etc.
• Maintain good customer service relationships with clients.
• Monitor outsourced service providers during door-to-door cargo handling.
• Perform other service tasks as assigned by the manager.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday:

• Morning: 08:00 - 12:00
• Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00
• Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Requirement

**Job Requirements:**

1. College degree or higher, with preference for candidates with experience in Vietnamese business negotiations and the logistics industry.
2. Strong business communication skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Diligent, responsible, and with good communication and stress management skills.

- University degree (preferably from universities specializing in trade, economics, maritime, or institutions related to transportation business).
- Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with HSK5. (Preference for candidates who also understand English).
- At least 3 years of work experience in the logistics/supply chain field.
- Hardworking, meticulous, able to work under pressure, and driven.
- Strong learning ability, analytical skills, and deep thinking. Candidates with system operation experience are preferred.
