Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Executive. The Export Executive will be responsible for supervising operations, distributing work to team members, motivating and urging them to complete the assigned work and achieve the set goals.

  • Manage logistics costs for export activities and administer the operation of the export team.
  • Develop a work plan for the whole team. Besides, it also performs the management and storage of export records, tracks orders and contracts. Coordinate with other related teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Builds and completes the process of forwarding, and exporting goods, performing transaction activities, negotiating, and signing contracts with customers and vendors. Complete all export procedures and documents, such as shipping documents, export documents, payment procedures, delivery, and receipt of goods.
  • Receive, check, and compare the export goods records with the actual quantity.
  • Record shipments to ensure compliance with customs rules and regulations.
  • Advise management on issues such as tariffs and rates.
  • Track the location of shipments.
  • Prepare the necessary documents for customs, agents, and suppliers.
  • Discuss prices, delivery conditions, payment, packaging conditions.
  • Instruct employees on the work of exporting goods on time. Also check daily work, make an export plan, and contact liners to ship the goods.
  • Pay attention to the relevant departments for a smooth process.
  • Track shipments and work with customers on accounts receivable.
  • Report, analyze, and manage logistics costs related to export activities.
  • Perform tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

  • University graduate with a major in International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain and related majors;
  • From 05 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to work independently, and dynamically;
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive and independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-controlled, careful, meticulous, and responsible for work;
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word,... and related softwares;
  • Good communication skills in English (both writing and speaking).

  • Probationary period: 60 days

  • Working time: 08:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
