The Aftersales Operation Leader oversees after-sales service activities, customer relationships, and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient service delivery, manages work orders, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains effective administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and prioritize work orders to technicians, monitor service tasks, and maintain detailed service records using our CRM system.
Ensure technicians have necessary spare parts and tools, provide guidance and support, and assist in their training and development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales service issues, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with other departments to address customer needs.
Analyze customer data to identify improvement opportunities, organize regular meetings with customers, and propose service improvements.
Manage administrative tasks related to service and customer management, support reporting, planning, and organizing meetings, and generate regular reports on service activities and customer feedback.
Document and update service procedures and manuals, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Job Requirement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service or technical support, preferably in the generator or related industry.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
