Job Description
Main tasks
Perform recruitment tasks
- Collect recruitment needs from line departments
- Work with leader to fill efficiently and effectively open positions
- Develop a pool of qualified candidatesfor all positionsin advance
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Create and post job advertisements, short-list CVs,conduct telephone interviews and organize interviews.
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees
Perform C&B tasks
- Implement and follow up employee health insurance
- Support to implement the work of state insurance sickness, maternity and health care regimes,etc.
- Buy travel insurance for employees when they are on a business trip
Other tasks:
- Planning and deploying internal publications, news updates on Viva Engage, company fanpage.
- Support team in organizing events of company
Job Requirement
1. Competency
- Fluent in English language
- Have good knowledge of multiple areas of recruitment methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong planning andorganizationalskills to balance and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
2. Education
- University:Bachelor’s in HR management or business administration
3. Experience
- Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in the HR field
