· Supervise the progress of Import and Export orders (booking, opening declaration, preparing shipping document…) and Import/Export taxes through the company.
· Cooperate with forwarding companies and customs broker to receive machinery, equipment, materials and accessories on time.
· Prepare, submit to and get import approvals from customs for import license of machinery, equipment, materials and accessories.
· Research and comply with legal requirements affecting export and import machinery, equipment, materials and accessories to and from overseas.
· Prepare & review all documents and records on imported and exported cargo and to revise accordingly before it is allowed to be moved from ports of entry or exit.
· Update and review all Import/Export docs in order to arrange required documents for shipments.
· Communicate with local Customs and authority organs on the export procedures, regulations and/or C/O for shipment documentations
· Coordinate with concern departments in the company to smoothly handle export shipments
Education Background
· College or University.
Working Experience
· More than 5 years of experience as the same position in Garment or Home textile industry.
· Experience of working in oversea manufacturing.
· Familiar with Vietnam/China/HongKong’s Import/Export regulations
· Able to speak English or Chinese.
· Good in computer
