Job Description

Purpose: This position contributes to building and enhancing sustainable relationships with shareholders and investors by establishing connections and conveying appropriate information to relevant stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Developing and Implementing IR Strategies

  • Execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s goals
  • Foster strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders

2. Communication and Reporting

  • Prepare reports and presentations about the company for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute timely, accurate, and transparent financial reports and press releases
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare management reports, annual reports, and sustainable development reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and timely submissions of required filings

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate earnings calls, investors meetings, corporate presentations, and quarterly financial updates
  • Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, AGM, and other events
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

Job Requirement

1. Education background/ Certificates 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Overseas education is a plus.
  • MBA, CFA, or any degree/certificate in IR, Finance, or Audit is an advance.

2. Work experience

  • Have 2-5 years of experience as an Investor Relations Specialist or similar positions.
  • ​Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related fields.

3. Knowledge/Professional Competence/Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Mastery of legal regulations for listed companies, including procedures for disclosing information, organizing AGMs/EGMs, and collecting shareholders’ opinions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
