IQA Engineer

Job Description

1. Control incoming material/ components quality.

2. Control AQL sampling for incoming material. Selects appropriate inspection plans and inspection Methods and provide guidance to Receiving Inspection Operators.

3. Work with supplier on material issue, including SCAR management database.

4. Coordinate with process quality on the material quality issue and feedback to supplier.

5. Control Supplier Quality Performance, monitor monthly report on % Lot out and On-Time SCAR delivery.

6. Co-ordinate closely with supply chain/ buyer on the material quality issue to avoid any line downdue to lack of good material.

7. Perform audit at Warehouse to ensure the compliance of storage condition and material control.

8. Make inspection plan and implement FSI, FAI.

9. Work with related teams to develop quality of material.

10. Perform supplier visit/ audit.

11. Control and report about sorting/ rw material cost.

12. Do other jobs assigned by Head of Quality Department.

Job Requirement

1. University/ Business understanding is necessary, prefer in Electronic/

Mechanical/ Chemical.

2. 01 years working experience as same position, prefer in injection/

harness manufacturing.

3. 7 Q tools, 5 core tools, data analysis, G R&R, ISO 9001, 8D method, …

4. Good communication skills , teamwork.

5. English communication.
