Receive and process requests from departments related to operating the OMS & SFA sales system. Coordinate with NCC to handle errors if any arise (All users on OMS).
Update MCP as requested by RTM department
Implement and monitor the issuance and recall of Tablet devices for the Sales department (Sales team/ Sales Representative)
Create user accounts, SFA application installation instructions & user instructions for new users
Implement 100% of training requirements and OMS operating instructions for new distributors and periodically retrain old distributors.
Make reports to superiors weekly/or as requested
Job Requirement
Graduated at bachelor of Information Technology dregree.
At least 2 years of experience as IT DMS at FMCG , Beverage, Food Industries.
Good communication at Khmer, Vietnamese is must, Ability communication in English is plus.
Analytical skills on operational sales data on MCP (Using Excel or analytical tools)
Identify risks and make improvements if any
Project management, Problem solving & make a decision
