Job Description

  • Research, analyze and identify potential legal risks in company contracts and transactions.
  • Develop a system of standardized contracts and legal documents for regular operations, ensuring transparency and compliance with the law.
  • Review contracts and legal documents from various departments, providing accurate and timely legal advice to protect the company’s interests.
  • Advise and collaborate with relevant departments to prevent and mitigate legal risks during operations.
  • Directly handle legal issues arising from the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Register, manage and protect the company’s intellectual property assets, including handling intellectual property infringement cases.
  • Carry out legal procedures related to business registration and changes to the company’s registration information.
  • Participate in resolving disputes, complaint and litigation related to the company, safeguarding its legitimate rights and interests.
  • Manage legal service providers, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Monitor and update on newly issued legal documents related to the company’s business activities.
  • Organize legal knowledge training to employees, improving employee’s awareness and compliance with the law.
  • Participate in building and improving the company’s internal policies, regulations and rules, ensuring legality and practicality.
  • Participate in handling labor law-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support relevant departments in recovering bad debts.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Having a Lawyer’s License is an advantage.
  • Having an Industrial Property Rights Certification or equivalent course is an advantage.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Office Suite, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC 700 or equivalent) and the ability to read and draft legal documents in English.
