The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing a fully integrated marketing plan for Vietnam for learning and assessment that incorporates key and relevant sector marketing campaigns. This will require close collaboration and consultation with the Vietnam Country Head. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure campaigns fully meet the requirements of the Vietnam market.

About the role
As Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in the representation of Vietnam's marketing needs at a regional level and will develop a network covering all aspects of the global marketing team. You will collaborate closely with the Recognitions Manager, Assessment Services Manager and Professional Learning and Development Manager, and external key stakeholders to raise awareness, develop recognition and drive demand for Cambridge propositions in Vietnam. Additionally, your accountabilities are to:
- Build an understanding of customer needs and pain points, market challenges, opportunities, and competitor activities in the region to inform the development of campaigns and tactics that successfully engage target audiences and meet objectives.
- Help create, implement, and continuously review a range of integrated marketing campaigns that are aligned to the regional marketing plan and are prioritised based on revenue and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service colleagues to understand how campaigns and tactics should position relevant propositions via carefully crafted messages based on customer insights.
- Work with global marketing colleagues to optimise the execution of campaign delivery, continuously measuring results to inform and progress onward activity
- Manage communications channels and public relations in Vietnam, developing the organisational voice externally and providing the key information needed to support sales colleagues in their roles.
- Manage relationships with internal and external delivery partners to ensure campaigns and tactics are delivered on brand, on brief and on time and that they clearly demonstrate return on marketing investment (ROMI)
- Feed into the regional recognition strategy and manage the relationship with local key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on the educational market trends and relevant competitor information.
