YOUR JOB

• Receive tasks from management, organize, and deploy them to the team
• Report, update progress after completing tasks or when facing issues that require consultation
• Design and create packaging drawings using Inventor
• Develop packaging prototypes for new products according to international standards
• Research and develop new materials and structures for packaging application
• Improve packaging processes and structures to reduce costs and increase production efficiency
• Technical consultation and problem-solving to ensure production progress

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field 
• Above 2 years of relevant work experience in packaging and furniture packaging (structure, materials) 
• Above 1 year of leader level Knowledge in the packaging field (including structure, products, technical specifications)
• Using Inventor for at least 6 months - 1 year, Illustrator
• Office computing (Excel)
