YOUR JOBS:

• Build preventive Maintenance plan for equipment
• Monitoring & planning resource, and deploy PM plan
• Root cause analysis to identify preventive action to prevent equipment breakdown
• Leading Autonomous Maintenance
• Manage spare-part inventory to ensure parts are available for corrective maintenance with optimum inventory
• Equipment improvement: Study, plan & execute automation plan to improve labor efficiency or capacity

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation engineering
• Corrective Maintenance, Preventive maintenance planning
• Spare-part management
• PLC, HMI, inverter, sensors …
• MTTR, MTBF, Autonomous Maintenance
• Communication, Problem solving, Data analysis, DMAIC
• Presentation skill, Time management.
